Product Description

Fallout 3 review
Fallout 3 is a great game, here are the good and bad things about fallout:
THE GOOD: 1. Wide variety of weapons including: Hunting rifle, assault rifle, a Ripper ( one handed chainsaw ), Laser rifle, Chinese pistol, Grenade and much much more! ( and some that i have'nt even discovered yet!).
2. A lot of hostiles including feral ghouls ( pretty much radiation zombies) that roam the metro, mutated animals and GIANT insects, Raiders, and worst of all, SUPER MUTANTS! There are lots more hostiles roaming the capital wastelands.
3. There is a really good bit at the start before you leave the safty of the Vault and go outside but i dont want to give it away.
4. The fact that you can roam around the wastelands forever is great, just walking around the D.C ruins exploring and searching for ammo and supplies is great fun.
5. The fun thing is that you can shoot an enemy in the head IN SLOW MOTION, seeing there head explode in slow mow, seeing bits of flesh bone and eye ball fly off!
6. You can interact with just about... EVERYTHING!!!
7. Dress your character up with armour, normal clothes or just go round in your underwear!
Ok thats all the good stuff i can think of, i expect theres much more.
THE BAD: 1. The graphics are a bit old but the game was made in 2008 and graphics was'nt as good as it is now.
2. There is not much of variety in customizing your character, but i hope Fallout 3 new vegas has more of a variety.

Room for improvement...
Let me start by saying that this is easily one of the best games i've ever played. That is once you've given it a couple of hours to get properly started. I've had it for ages and i've done almost everything from the main game, but i've still got the addons, and by ages I mean roughly 8 months maybe more. The only reason i'm not still on it is because i've got red dead and everyone knows how brilliant that game is.
There are a number of reasons why I didn't give it the 5 stars it rightly deserves.
-First off, the human animation is awful, simply terrible and when anyones walking around with a pistol they just look stupid.
-Secondly, and this is only a small problem, the lack of normal hairstyles is a rediculous mistake.
-Thirdly it's so bloomin' unrealistic. One guy took 59 shots to the head before he died! A shotgun takes more shots at close range to kill than a basseball bat. But my main problem is health, especially enemy health. It's so unrealistic that you can't do proper kills and stuff, like sabotaging a base without being detected. You can't knife someone 'cos that will take away half their health with a sneak bonus at max and than they make loads of noise and everyone knows you're there etc...
Any way, to dwell on those points is unfair. The game truly is brilliant and will have you hooked for ages. It is a shame that they didn't have more guns though like an AK or an SVT 'cos the war was suppossed to happen in 2077...

Great, but bug ridden
There's no denying that fallout 3 is a brilliant game. But as my review title states, its very much a bug ridden game, often causing me to restart my playstation 3. There's other minor bugs, such as charcters hats being on the side of there face, characters getting stuck in walls and so on. But if you can avoid bugs like these, then Fallout 3 will entertain you for many hours.

Ok,yes,the game was good,but,come on,this has been done...........11 times,i mean,talk about"Copy-Paste"!!!
Its nothing new,and i just think its one of the copying ones,here is the Good-Bad list

1:Its a free roaming game,to do whatever you want to do
2:You make up your own mind
Bad
1:Detail:The monsters are 80's crap
2:Creativity:Its all been done before(And i can't stress that enough)
3:I could go on for hours :P

Just... Epic!
I've had a PS3 Slim for about 1 1/2 years now. This was one of the first games I got for it. And I am still playing it. It's probably my favorite game of all time.
Sure it's buggy, but the huge daunting environment, the long lonely battles against all sorts of enemies and the solid storyline is so fantastic I can't see myself putting this game down for quite some time.
What I really love is how much you feel your level ups, you start the game with everything being a threat. I remember leaving the vault and dying instantly from a single radscorpion. Then later you find harder enemies, and if you persevere there is nothing you can take down by the end of the game. You end up being the hunter, running into DC looking for super mutants and talon mercs. just for sport.
It's a thing of beauty. It has flaws but I think the pros vastly outweigh the cons.
Buy it if you haven't already!
