Product Description

Wario and his pals learn fun, wacky moves after discovering a strange book and a mystical device called the Form Baton.

The WarioWare team took an idea so wacky, it could only be made with the latest technology... the Wii Remote. Players must clear fast-paced sets of microgames, changing the way they hold the Wii Remote each time. As they do, they`ll unlock more mini games and souvenirs. The game`s full-body controls add a whole new level of insanity to an already frenetic experience.

  • WarioWare is back with a whole new set of moves. When Wario stumbles upon a strange device called a Form Baton, he and his friends use it to learn new moves that are as fun as they are wacky. With hundreds of mini games, this game is just as wild as you`d expect from the name WarioWare, but the game play has been revolutionized. Under Wario`s tutelage, and with the help of the Wii Remote, players will swing, spin and squat their way to victory.
  • With about 200 lightning-quick mini games and controls that range from scribbling to flailing, WarioWare: Smooth Moves takes interactive gaming to a whole new level. All players need is a Wii Remote and their best moves to be the champ.
  • With games that are as much fun to play as they are to WATCH people play, WarioWare: Smooth Moves brings the party to its feet. It`s hilarious for players and audiences alike.

warioware

Warioware smooth moves is a compilation of around 200 minigames that utilise the full aray of movement types on both the wiimote and nunchuk.
The game is only one player and will require the nunchuk for full completion.

===Box===
The boxes cover features wario with an angry look on his face, as a wii mote swings behind him and the title of the game in the middle. The back of the box gives a small description of what to expect, 'puch,danceand more over 200 frantic micro games'. Below this is an image of four of the micro games and to the side , some of the control styles you will need

===gameplay===
Firstly this game does not feature a true storymode, instead you complete minigames which allow you to move on to other characters on the map and the mini games become increasingly faster and more difficult.
The minigames controls are shown before the level and are described using a realistic movement of the wiimote in other objects, e.g. there are control movements called the umbrella , the dumbell , the elephant. These controls are easy to remember and are not difficult to apply. The minigames range from driving , balancing a broom on your hand to picking a characters nose. The games are extremely random and good fun but eventually become tiresome as you start to see repetition.

===Graphics===
The graphics in this game are good and is done in many different styles depending on the game , but generally the map has a mario feel to it and none of the games are bad looking or poorley made.

===sound===
The games sounds are very fun and random , but do generally replicate the onscreen task and movements , usually this would immerse you in the game, but the game is so random that if you are an adult you start to feel a bit of an idiot . The game also features a repetitive back track which does get annoying.

===Overall===
This is a good game for kids , but for story and difficulty this game doesnt appeal to me , also The price is very high for what it is.

Smooth??

I had a lot of fun playing this game with friends at one of their houses, but truthfully when it's yours and you're playing alone, it gets boring in about five minutes.
Not my best purchase.

Confusing and lonely...

I brought this game with high hopes. After reading reviews and hearing nothing but good things about the game, I thought it would be a brilliant game to buy.
I put the game on to play as soon as it arrived. The graphics are good and the music itneresting. The way you have to complete different challenges is fun as you have to manouvre the Wii remote in odd ways.
However, this is where the fun ends. You start on one level with no instruction how to complete the mini games. Each level starts with an animation which is, to be frank, pointless. You try and complete these games and as time goes on, you do tend to get the hand of it. The games are repetitive.
I brought this game also, for the multiplayer level. I was aware I'd have to unlock it, which is why I wanted to complete the single player levels quickly. I have been playing this game for a few days and still haven't unlocked the multiplayer level. After a while of player by yourself, you get bored and give up.
Not a bad game if you pick things up quickly and like to play the Wii by yourself, but otherwise I would not reccommend.

Smooth moves all round!

Wario Ware Smooth Moves is a really good, light-hearted and just plain fun game! It's worth noting that you will only start with the option of one-player, but later on you'll be able to use multiplayer mode.
Anyway, basically you go through stages (each stage having its own characters and story) and learn moves with the wii controller; these are anything from "the remote control" to my personal favourite "the mohawk".
This game is very fast paced with crazy and fun music... and it's very very japanese! Also, it's brilliant if you're watching someone else play it - that is, if they're brave enough to act out the stances properly!
I recommend this game to anyone wanting something simple and quick for the wii.
